Named after my mama, who proudly wears her SSJ merch around town and makes sure everyone she meets knows she's my mom! Please note: our eggplant is fried in the same oil as our chicken.

Our son Lucas's favorite. A stack of fresh-sliced, house-made turkey, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato and a crunch of chips layered on top for the perfect bite. Cheese optional.
The Wildcat
Staci's college favorite, inspired all the way from Tucson, Arizona: house-made tuna, shredded lettuce, olive paste, onion and tomato on an Italian sub.
The Zach
The fan favorite is back! A crispy chicken cutlet tossed in Buffalo sauce, piled with cool, crunchy romaine in our creamy house blue cheese dressing and finished with blue cheese crumbles. Hot, cold, crunchy, creamy — every bite hits.

Staci opened the Joint at 41 (she calls it her "midlife crisis baby") to make the kind of sandwiches she'd want to eat herself: fresh-baked bread, gourmet ingredients and a lot of love. Many of our sandwiches are named for the family and friends who inspired them.
